In open dialogue, we'll discuss your current health status and goals for the future. Each coaching plan is thoughtfully crafted and tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. My intention is for you to leave our session with hope and a feeling of confident unwavering support beside you. Your first session comes with a gift from me. You will receive 3 months of complimentary access to the NeuroFit app! *Session via email available upon request. This is a good option for those sensitive to EMF or with other limitations.
