With 15+ years combined experience in brain and nervous system regulation, Erica & Jana will compassionately guide and care for you throughout the retreat.
Whether your journey has been long or you're brand new to this healing work, Erica & Jana are committed to providing an experience that will meet you where you are and give you deeper, more advanced brain and body based tools to facilitate growth and healing.

What to expect

Private Lodging
and Delicious Meals
Enjoy your own private room and bathroom at a carefully chosen venue. Includes 6 meals, (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners, plus beverages and snacks).

Live Instruction and
Small Group Discussion
Sessions are scheduled throughout the day, with breaks to allow you to relax and unwind. Erica and Jana will provide instruction and facilitate smaller group conversations.

Guided Nervous System Regulation
You will have many opportunities to participate in guided gentle body-based exercises that will invite your nervous system into a state of balance and relaxation.
